Card prices fluctuate wildly and greatly depend on geographic regions, market conditions (supply/demand, staples), and recent announcements (bans, reserved lists, presence in winning decs, etc).
As such, the prices we use normally vary daily. Below is the normal pricing strategies we employ. If something doesn’t make sense, please fell free to contact us with your questions.
Unsorted bulk
Bulk is normally reserved for low value, highly available cards, with a market price of 10p or less. The large majority of these cards are either sold as bulk, or end up in the bin. Normally they exist unsorted in collections.
We offer the following prices for unsorted bulk:
- Mythic: £0.10 per card
- Rare: £0.07 per card
- Common/Uncommon: £5 per 1000 cards
Singles and collections
We gather pricing information daily from several sources. The price offer you’ll receive for a specific card will normally be a percentage of this “market value”, ranging from 60-85%, depending on the card and market trends. These percentages, when buying from private individuals, are industry leading, with the norm being half or just above these percentages.
You may ask why we don’t offer full market price. And it is a fair question, but you have to remember that processing all these orders, and then selling cards in very few numbers per order, takes a huge amount of time and effort, and avoiding that is what our service offers you. Imagine the difference between selling 200 cards to us, versus selling 200 cards in, let’s say 100 orders, and having to pick, prepare, and ship 100 different packages. If a client comes to us wanting maximum value for their cards, we always advise their best route would be selling to private individuals a few cards at a time.
